Public Works Employee (click here for job description): The City of Grey Forest is accepting applications for a full-time/part-time Public Works employee. The Public Works position is responsible for performing necessary tasks in the City to assure property maintenance of city and public property. The position helps provide for the public health, safety, and overall welfare of the citizens property. The Public Works position helps assure compliance with city codes, ordinances, and other regulations as required by the City. The positions under the general direction of the Public Works Director. Reserve Officer
The Grey Forest Police Department is currently accepting applications for Reserve Peace Officers (click here for job description). Reserve Peace Officers are under general supervision and are responsible for providing police protection to the citizens and businesses of the City of Grey Forest. The Reserve Peace Officer is a voluntary position with the Grey Forest Police Department. Each volunteer must be able to commit the required hours a month and attend training.- Provides for the protection of life and property within the community and the enforcement of local, State, and Federal laws, regulations, codes, and ordinances.
- Conducts a variety of duties that include patrol, traffic enforcement, criminal investigations, driving emergency vehicles, and special duties and assignments .
This position is not eligible for other city benefits such as sick leave, vacation, or retirement.
Police Officer
The Grey Forest Police Department is currently accepting applications for "one" Full-time Patrol Officer position. Patrol Officers are under general supervision and are responsible for providing police protection to the citizens and businesses of the City of Grey Forest.
- Provides for the protection of life and property within the community and the enforcement of local, State, and Federal laws, regulations, codes, and ordinances.
