Municipal Court
The Municipal Court of the City of Grey Forest serves city’s residents. Primarily, the Grey Forest Municipal Court provides for the adjudication of traffic offenses listed in the Texas Transportation Code and other Class C misdemeanors identified in the Texas Penal Code. The Court also sits in adjudication of enforcement actions under the city’s municipal ordinances, which may include, animal control and premises condition affecting health and safety. The Court sits once a month on the first Thursday after the first Tuesday of each month and for any other days that may be necessary.

Those who received a citation should contact the court and let them know how you want to resolve the citation by the initial appearance date that is listed on the citation. In many instances, people can resolve their citation without having to appear in person by calling (210) 695-3261, Monday – Thursday 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. You can also pay your citation online at www.trafficpayment.com.
